Contract for Services Agreement
Chasing Creative Productions agrees to provide video production and content creation services as outlined in the accepted quote. Services include planning, filming, editing, and delivery of the final product(s).
Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your quote. The total project cost is non-refundable once production has commenced. A signed agreement constitutes acceptance of the project timeline and payment schedule.
Upon final payment, all video content produced becomes the property of the client. Chasing Creative Productions retains the right to use final deliverables for portfolio and promotional purposes with client credit.
The quoted project scope includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds, scope changes, or new deliverables requested after project start may incur additional fees. Change requests must be submitted in writing.
Production timelines are estimates and subject to change based on client availability, weather, location accessibility, and other production factors. Rush fees apply for expedited delivery requests.
Cancellations requested more than 30 days before the shoot date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full deposit. No refunds are issued after production begins.
The client is responsible for securing all necessary permissions and releases from individuals featured in the video. The client warrants that all provided materials (music, images, logos) are either owned or properly licensed.
Chasing Creative Productions liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, we will work to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
By completing payment for this project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
